Q: What happened to Doomcember?
A: We changed the name to Reykjadoom for more consistency in booking of events and so not to be limited with scheduling.
Q: Do you have wheelchair access?
A: Unfortunately there is no elevator in Hellirinn, which is located on the 2nd floor. Luckily, the stairs are wide, which make manoeuvring chairs easier, with some help.
Q: Is alcohol and food sold at the concert arena?
A: Alcohol is not sold. There is a food hall nearby in walking distance (Grandi Mathöll).
Q: Is there a way to buy tickets elsewhere than on the ticket website? Requires ID on your phone.

Q: Can you use cards to buy merchandise?
A: Yes, cash and transfer also works.
Q: Is it ok to bring a camera to the venue?
A: Yes but please respect the experience of others, No flash photography and preferably get all the photos done within the first 10 min of a performance. The same goes for phones, the light can be distracting to people enjoying the show.
